We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Job Coach to join our team. The Job Coach plays a key role in helping individuals with disabilities maintain and thrive in competitive, integrated employment settings. This position focuses on providing individualized support to employees and collaborating with employers to foster long-term workplace success and independence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred).
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or in employment support services is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, travel to job sites, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

• Conduct individualized assessments to identify strengths, support needs, and workplace accommodations.
• Provide on-the-job training, skill-building, and coaching tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Collaborate with employers to ensure a supportive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
• Monitor employee progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust support strategies as needed.
• Encourage self-advocacy, independence, and professional growth for individuals served.
• Support program goals to increase the number of individuals with disabilities successfully placed and retained in integrated employment.
