Deliver personalized services across diverse settings and flexible hours, while collaborating with job seekers and employers. Your work will help people thrive while keeping you engaged every step of the way! ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Career Planning & Exploration: Facilitate person-centered career plans, exploration activities, and support employment goals. Skill Development & Job Support: Provide prevocational training, job search assistance, onboarding, and retention support, including accommodations and workplace independence. Individualized Supports: Deliver services tailored to individual needs and provide feedback on strategies. Documentation & Outcomes: Complete timely records, track progress, and ensure successful job seeker outcomes. Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS: Communicate effectively, including negotiation, advocacy, and collaboration. Maintain accurate and professionally written documentation. Apply appropriate training techniques for individuals with disabilities. Use computer programs, including Zoom, Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and online documentation systems. Build and maintain positive relationships with job seekers, staff, and employers. Make independent decisions within program and organizational guidelines. Manage time effectively. Travel as required based on caseload. KEY REQUIREMENTS: 18+ years of age High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license (ability to obtain class E license within 14 days of hire) Proof of vehicle insurance Successful completion of background checks and reference verification Work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
