We’re looking for Job Coaches to join our team in the Employability sector, and support jobseekers on their journey to sustainable employment. No prior health knowledge is required – full training is provided! In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with people facing health-related barriers to employment. You’ll inspire, coach, and guide them to overcome challenges, gain confidence, and secure meaningful work. We’re looking for people with empathy and a genuine passion for making a difference, and experience in coaching, mentoring, or delivering Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG). If you hold a Level 3 IAG qualification (or equivalent) already, that’s a bonus! And if not, we’ll support you to work towards it. What you’ll do: Manage a caseload of customers, conducting ongoing Needs Assessments, creating tailored Action Plans, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records to track customer progress. Coach and motivate individuals to develop job-seeking skills, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job applications. Engage with local employers to match participants with suitable job opportunities. Provide in-work support to ensure long-term success and job retention. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure customers have access to a range of support services. What you’ll bring: Experience in coaching, mentoring, or delivering Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG). Experience in a performance-driven environment. Knowledge of local job markets and recruitment practices. Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
