What You’ll Do You’ll provide on-site job coaching to clients employed in the community, supporting them in learning job tasks, adapting to workplace culture, and succeeding in their roles. This includes transportation to and from job sites when needed, collaborating with the S4C team, and ensuring proper documentation of services provided. Your Key Responsibilities Coach clients on job tasks, workplace behaviors, safety, communication, and professional expectations. Promote independence by building natural supports and reinforcing workplace culture. Provide transportation to and from job sites as needed. Perform job and task analyses to support successful job placement and retention. Monitor client progress and adjust individualized program plans accordingly. Document services accurately and submit notes within 24 hours of coaching sessions. Recommend workplace accommodations to enhance job success. Train clients on the use of public transportation. Communicate with S4C supervisors about client needs, employer concerns, or follow-along support. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and progress monitoring. Participate in trainings to enhance your skills and apply positive, supportive coaching techniques. What You Bring to the Team Compassionate and supportive approach, with a client-centered mindset. Dedication to teamwork and continuous learning. Requirements Night and Weekend Hours High school diploma or equivalent required Workforce or coaching experience preferred. Valid driver’s license, personal transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Must meet agency and insurance carrier driving standards. Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and work in various physical environments. Strong observation, reasoning, and documentation skills. Ability to maintain focus and refrain from distractions (e.g., mobile device use) while coaching. Basic proficiency with computers and documentation systems.
