We’re hiring a Job Coach to support clients in the Rancho Cucamonga area. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals interested in Direct Support Professional (DSP) jobs, vocational training, supported employment, or human services roles. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between job sites.
  • Previous experience in human services, disability services, job coaching, or special education is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person!
  • Must be flexible and open to working various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and support to individuals with disabilities in community-based employment settings.
  • Offer personalized job training and mentorship to help clients meet employer expectations.
  • Conduct ongoing vocational assessments to evaluate client strengths, areas for growth, and job-readiness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, support provided, and performance reviews.
  • Communicate regularly with case managers, employment specialists, and supervisors to ensure client success.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partner employers.
  • Promote inclusion, independence, and workplace success for all clients.
