• Manage all aspects of project job costing, including tracking budgets, commitments, change orders, billings, and costs.
• Partner closely with project managers, estimators, and finance to ensure accurate cost reporting on large mechanical construction projects.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to provide real-time financial visibility.
• Analyze variances between actual and forecasted costs, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Assist with monthly project financial reviews and work-in-progress (WIP) schedules.
• Support project billing, cash flow forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
