Description

The Job Costing & Project Management Assistant will be responsible for supporting the project team with cost tracking, budgeting, and scheduling tasks. This role requires prior experience using Knowify for construction project management, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Mandatory: Experience using Knowify for construction project management and job costing.
  • 1–2 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
    Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
