Description Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager or Program Coordinator, the Job Developer provides a variety of employment services to include: seeking job placement opportunities for FSFSC clients; recruiting employers; assess employment needs of FSFSC clients; developing employment training opportunities; and linking clients to appropriate educational, vocational, and social service programs to increase employability. The incumbent provides a variety of administrative functions to include but is not limited to: filing various materials for inclusion in client records; producing a variety of reports and documents; and completing necessary forms. The incumbent works weekend and evening hours to accommodate the needs of clients. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field preferred - Proven experience in job placement, workforce development, or employment services - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities - Knowledge of local labor market and community resources - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others succeed - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
