POSITION SUMMARY:

The Job Development Coordinator will work to build and maintain relationships with employers and assist participants in securing competitive integrated employment. This role focuses on job placement, employer engagement, and data collection related to employment outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in job development, career services, or employer relations.

  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Knowledge of local job market trends and employer needs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid Driver’s License required

Physical Requirements: Ability to travel to community-based locations, job fairs, employer meetings, etc. Ability to sit & stand for extended periods and occasionally lift materials up to 25 pounds.
