Open Positions We are currently hiring for the following roles: * Maintenance Technician (requires second interview)   * Assistant Lead (requires second interview)   * Refurbishment Associates   * Shipping Associates About Refreshed Tech Refreshed Tech specializes in IT asset disposition (ITAD), refurbishing and reselling electronics such as laptops, desktops, and tablets. Our mission is to help businesses maximize value from their technology while reducing electronic waste. Key Responsibilities (Varies by Role): Perform hands-on work in a production or warehouse environment * Refurbish, test, and process electronic devices   * Support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes   * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards   * Follow work instructions and meet daily production goals   * Assist with basic maintenance or troubleshooting (Maintenance roles)   * Support team operations and workflow coordination (Lead roles) Qualifications: * HS Diploma or GED * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Strong reliability and attendance * Basic computer or technical aptitude preferred * Previous warehouse, production, or technical experience is a plus * Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods * Willingness to learn and take direction $300 Sign-On Bonus Employees are eligible to receive a $300 sign-on bonus after: * Successfully completing a 90-day probationary period * Maintaining no disciplinary issues * Meeting all performance expectations  How to Apply To be considered, candidates must complete both steps: * Apply using the link below * Schedule your Calendly interview after applying: https://calendly.com/hr-refreshedtech/job-fair-june-2-and-june-4 * Applications must be submitted before scheduling an interview
