The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. Key Responsibilities Audit & Compliance: Review all job files (photos, notes, and moisture readings) to ensure they meet SERVPRO corporate and insurance program standards. Project Tracking: Monitor the "Work-in-Progress" (WIP) board to ensure jobs are moving through the pipeline from initial call to final invoice. Estimating Support: Assist Project Managers in drafting preliminary estimates using Xactimate and proprietary SERVPRO software. Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for insurance adjusters, providing them with the documentation they need to approve claims. Customer Service: Provide empathetic updates to homeowners and business owners during their restoration journey. Position Requirements High school diploma/GED (preferred) At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications proficient in xactiomate Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
