Description

Your tasks:

Installation and configuration of communication systems
Teaching fundamental and basic knowledge in the field of tactical command information systems
Implementation and further development of training courses and briefings for the German Armed Forces at the German Armed Forces' IT training center in Lohheide and also on-site at the service, training and deployment locations of the German Armed Forces.
Planning and implementation of support for the IT specialists of the German Armed Forces on site during exercises, deployment-like commitments and missions at home and abroad.
Maintaining and further developing documentation and training materials

Your profile:

Completed studies or training in the field of IT, driving licence class B
Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience as well as experience in training and/or lecturing activities.
A very good understanding of command and control information systems; a military career (from the intermediate service level upwards) in telecommunications within the German Armed Forces or NATO is advantageous.
Understanding of military task structures as well as a technical understanding of IP-based networks, radio technology, Linux and Windows
Good presentation, moderation and communication skills, good teamwork and conflict resolution skills, and a goal-oriented work style.
Fluent German and good English skills, willingness to travel nationwide for business trips, usually lasting one week.
