As a Business Services Manager, you will:
Lead Your Team: Take ownership of a talented group of graduate and junior accountants and offshore staff, mentoring them to deliver outstanding results.
Own Client Relationships: Partner with leadership to onboard new clients, manage ongoing relationships, and provide exceptional service with minimal input.
Drive Growth: Proactively grow a portfolio of SME clients and contribute to the success of the firm.
Deliver Excellence: Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documents while providing strategic business advisory services.
Streamline Processes: Implement efficient workflows and leverage technology to maximise productivity.
