Provide input to the business case and return on investment. Develop, implement and track metrics to measure the realization of business benefits. Develop role targeted training and ensure the proper training of Business Process Analysts. Manage the concept phase and framing of the project. Work with Business Process Improvement team to carry out the process improvement study. Work with the IT Program Manager or IT Project Manager during the different phases of the project life cycle. Prepare and conduct beta test. Develop and implement the change management strategy and deployment guidelines. Build and maintain an effective and lean training team, aiming at continuous growth of individual and team performance through training, supporting and motivation.
