Description:
The Role
Guildhall is currently recruiting experienced Job Performer for a prestigious industrial project in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale development with a reputable organization in the energy sector. As a Job Performer, you will be responsible for executing critical tasks related to construction, maintenance, and installation while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. If you have the required experience and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities: • Perform assigned job tasks related to construction, maintenance, or installation in accordance with project guidelines. • Ensure all work is carried out safely and adheres to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations. • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and safety officers to execute tasks efficiently. • Interpret technical drawings, procedures, and work permits to perform required tasks. • Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during job execution. • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner. • Report work progress, challenges, and any safety concerns to the supervisor. • Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training programs as required. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance work efficiency and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry or engineering experience. • Engineering graduates (Science/Engineering disciplines) must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience. • Non-degree holders must have 6 to 8 years of industry experience. • Strong understanding of workplace safety and industry best practices. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. • Experience in oil & gas, construction, mechanical, or related industries is preferred.
