SKILLS

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is an asset
  • Experience with Spark CRM is an asset
  • Knowledge of local real estate market is an asset
  • Understanding of development marketing and pre-sales campaigns is an asset

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 1-2 years related experience in a marketing and communications or coordination role, preferably with experience or an interest in Real Estate Development
Education: Diploma or certificate in a related field, such as marketing, communications, public relations or business administration

Responsibilities:

Research & Reporting

  • Support market, product and service research and data collection to evaluate and analyze real estate industry trends and marketing best practices
  • Monitor and evaluate data across various platforms related to campaign performance and project status (social media, website, ad campaigns, project leads, etc.) using analytics from Google, Meta, and CRM analytics
  • Create report templates and contribute data as required by management

Content Creation

  • Implement and monitor social media content including research and strategy, planning, content creation and account management
  • Plan, shoot, and edit dynamic photo and video content to contribute to social media channels, newsletters and website
  • Collaborate with in-house Graphic Designers to create printed and digital campaign materials and to facilitate content updates on the Aryze website (Sanity)
  • Prepare draft newsletters, including Blueprint (Aryze Quarterly) and project specific mass mails, with awareness of CASL compliance
  • Support with content development for the Aryze Annual magazine, blog, social media and engagement materials
  • Audit outfacing content to ensure accuracy and effective communication to the public, including but not limited to the following; website, real estate platforms, local news sources and social media platforms
  • Proofread written content to apply, embrace and advocate for the Aryze brand experience, ensuring consistency across all corporate or brand touchpoints

Coordination

  • Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, coordinate, administrate and execute marketing, communications and engagement campaign plans and corporate promotions (ie, The Good City Project)
  • Support with the coordination of corporate and project-based merchandise, and further, support with inventory management and distribution to Aryze team and partners
  • Facilitate the printing (in-house and professional) of marketing engagement materials
  • Support the use and maintenance of Aryze’s CRM system relating to marketing activities—campaign set up and monitoring, adjusting forms, etc
  • Support with the execution of public engagement, community meetings and staff events, as required
  • Assist with general marketing administration including meeting prep and meeting minutes, deliveries, site visits, etc
  • Collaborate with local business partners and external creative contractors—including photographers, videographers, and designers—to organize media production, coordinate home staging, and support marketing events
  • Support with general office maintenance and cultural events while fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement
  • Attend weekend and evening meetings or events, as required
  • Supporting business administration and other duties, as required
  • Travel, as required
