Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Senior Sales Executive - Staffing

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

Experiences

  • 7+ years of experience selling Professional Staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to Mid-Market and Enterprise level customers.
  • Proven, documented success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space.
  • 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services (e.g., RPO, MSP, VMS) is a significant plus.
  • Strong established relationships with key decision-makers in departments like Tech, Finance, and HR/Procurement.
  • Well-connected within the Talent Ecosystem community (Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and Contingent Workforce program leaders).

Other

  • Must be a hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset, focused exclusively on new client acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have the ability to travel 2-3 times per year to attend industry conferences.
  • Must reside within the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities with large enterprise and mid-market companies.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach and complex sales cycles to successful client onboarding.
  • Influence and persuade decision-makers at various levels within target organizations.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new prospects and customers.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Represent the company by attending and networking at industry events and conferences.
