Boulder Construction is a U.S.-based third-party construction company specializing in hotels and high-end residential projects. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Job Supervisor to oversee the construction of a 16,000 SF luxury home.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in on-site construction supervision.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and project tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring that all tasks align with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Direct and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain and adjust daily and weekly project schedules to meet critical deadlines.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets design specifications, building codes, and company standards.
  • Enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations, conducting regular site inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials, reducing waste and controlling costs.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, incident reports, and project updates for senior management.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues promptly, mitigating potential project delays.
