Job requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus. - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. - Experience in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. - Proficiency in HR analytics and the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
