JOB SUMMARY:

We’re hiring a resourceful, self-starting individual to run the entire resale operation for a new startup clearing warehouse goods on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, and more. You’ll be the engine of the operation — handling intake, listings, customer messages, and coordinating orders.
This role comes with huge commission potential — you’ll start at $15/hr, but earn 10% on all our Net sales. You’ll be based in a dedicated office inside our warehouse space with a Mac computer and full support. You will recruit all staff and be supported by the Founder

Requirements:

• Strong communicator and very organized
• Tech-savvy: You must be comfortable with apps, marketplaces, and listings
• Reliable and self-motivated — you’re the leader of this operation
• Passion for sales, marketing, or flipping is a plus
• Be comfortable with going live and interacting with an audience about the products we are moving
• Bonus: any prior retail, resale, photography, or e-commerce experienc

• Intake and photograph products from warehouse
• Write and post listings on Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, eBay, Etsy, Craigslist, Shopify, etc.
• Engage with buyers and negotiate pricing
• Manage daily shipping or pickup coordination
• Track sales and report daily numbers
• Brainstorm ways to increase product visibility and sales
• Create basic marketing content (videos, IG stories, etc.)
• Keep inventory organized and office workspace clean
