Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Technical Specialist to join our Network Intelligence team. This hybrid role bridges PreSales consultancy and technical solution delivery, helping both Enterprise and Public Sector customers design, implement, and optimise Network Intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives. You'll support solution design and implementation activities, from early-stage discovery through to delivery, and play a key role in driving innovation, improving security posture, and ensuring customers get maximum value from their technology investments. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to customers, engaging from PreSales discovery through to Post-Sales delivery. Lead solution design workshops, technical assessments, and architecture reviews. Deliver end-to-end implementations of Network Intelligence solutions, including visibility, Zero Trust, detection and response. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-driven recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Run Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and pilot deployments, driving successful customer adoption. Provide subject-matter expertise across network observability, security, segmentation, and performance optimisation. Collaborate with sales and bid teams to shape proposals, respond to tenders, and support strategic bid activity. Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer within both internal and customer teams. Advise on customer roadmaps aligned to resilience, compliance, and cybersecurity goals. Stay current with industry trends including Zero Trust, network segmentation, NDR (Network Detection and Response), and related technologies. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in a technical consultancy, solution architecture, or network delivery role. Strong foundational knowledge of networking technologies (L2/L3, TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, QoS). Expertise in at least one of the following: Network visibility and observability Zero Trust architecture Detection and response (NDR) Network segmentation Managed security/network services Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Experience leading technical workshops, delivering presentations, and training diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Desirable: hands-on experience with tools for packet capture/forensics, network visibility, NDR, segmentation, or policy enforcement. Understanding of cloud networking, hybrid environments, and security within those contexts is advantageous. Familiarity with scripting, automation, and orchestration tools to streamline deployments is beneficial. Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
