Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Production Assistant & Video Editor to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will support the preparation and organization of our productions and help bring our high-quality TV events to life through hands-on video editing and production assistance.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic experience in video editing, ideally using Adobe Premiere Pro CC
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects CC, Photoshop CC, and Canva
  • Comfortable working with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Proficiency in working with macOS environments
  • Strong attention to detail and a good sense for visual storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a creative team
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment
  • Interest in digital media, livestream formats, and innovative content production
  • Communicate confidently in both German and English (fluency in both languages is required)

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and organize video content for livestreams and other digital formats
  • Create engaging animations for live broadcasts and pre-produced segments
  • Support the post-production process of live recordings
  • Assist in the creation of packaging elements for our medical TV events
  • Assemble and finalize master presentations and support the preparation of studio productions
  • Coordinate and conduct technical onboardings and remote recordings with medical experts via Zoom
  • Perform final quality checks of edited recordings to ensure content accuracy and consistency
  • Potential involvement in livestream monitoring to observe the stream and share feedback with the studio team
