WSP Denmark is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 5 years of recruitment experience to join us full-time in Høje-Taastrup.
You’ll be a key addition to our growing TA presence in Denmark, supporting local hiring needs while collaborating closely with both the local HR team and the wider Central European TA team. This is a cross-functional role, focused primarily on recruitment for Denmark.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition for Central Europe (UK-based) with a dotted line to local HR in Denmark, making you an integral part of both local and regional teams.

With your expertise, you’ll help guide our recruitment strategy, advise management, and support its implementation. You are versatile across the recruitment spectrum—whether providing strategic advice, crafting compelling job descriptions, negotiating with external partners, or developing campus recruitment programs. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for WSP Danmark.
You excel at identifying and engaging top talent, particularly in the technical labour market. Your strong communication skills and social nature have helped you build a solid network, which we will continue to expand together.
A high level of independence, entrepreneurship, and a hands-on approach define a recruiter at WSP. Thanks to your efforts, we can focus on the future with a team that shares our ambitions.

REQUIREMENTS WE REQUIRE:

  • You have an extensive experience in recruitment at a corporate organisation or at an agency.
  • You can deal well with diverse interests.
  • You have knowledge and experience with LinkedIn (RS) and setting up labour market communication, knowledge of the CRM package Teamtailor is an advantage.
  • You have a proven track record of excellent stakeholder management skills in how to shape and drive recruitment in a busy organisation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English
