Position: John Roe Scunthorpe Toyota Weekend Showroom Host Receptionist
John Roe Scunthorpe is part of the John Roe Group. A family-owned group specialising in exceptional customer care.
A rare opportunity has arisen for a ‘Weekend Host Receptionist’ to join the award-winning team at our John Roe showroom in Scunthorpe.

We require an exceptional candidate to do the following hours.

• Every Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Main responsibilities and duties
You will become the first impression of John Roe Scunthorpe for our visitors.
Well presented, professional, smiling, and friendly you will maintain the welcoming family feel of John Roe Scunthorpe.
Introducing yourself to visitors, you will build rapport while ascertaining the reason for their visit, before seating them with refreshments.
Constant friendly, professional interaction ensures that each visitor feels like our most valued customer.
Throughout the day you will take incoming phone calls, directing them to the relevant member of staff.
Keeping a close eye on the showroom and forecourt to ensure that no customer is left unattended.
You will ideally possess the following.
Previous experience of customer service delivered to a high standard.
Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
A warm amiable nature that customers find enjoy.
Be polite, calm, and approachable.
Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in everything that you do.
Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision.
Must have flexible positive ‘can do’ approach.
Enjoy achieving customer delight.
