An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Store Manager to join our team at DFO Moorabbin, VIC.
As a Store Manager at Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers exceptional customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

The Store Manager will take ownership in managing the store in order to achieve:

• Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer.
• Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Responsibility for your team’s recruitment, development and performance.
• Visual merchandising according to company directives.
• Stock management.
• Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store.
• Lead, coach and mentor your team to success.

Applicants need to have had proven sales and management experience in a previous retail role.
