POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Guest Service Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire visit. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure each guest feels welcomed, valued, and attended to with the utmost care. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests’ overall experience, making it a memorable one.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
  • A passion for providing exceptional service and creating a positive guest experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Warm, welcoming, and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Assist guests with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and inquiries.
  • Manage the salon’s front desk, including answering phone calls, texts, and addressing guest emails.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, retail displays, and waiting area.
  • Offer beverages and amenities to guests, enhancing their comfort during their visit.
  • Educate guests about our salon services and products.
  • Handle retail sales transactions, recommend products, and support inventory management.
  • Coordinate with our talented stylists to ensure seamless guest flow and scheduling.
  • Resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inviting salon atmosphere.
