我们需要的是： 1. 建立并发展产品设计技术团队，对现有设计流程/方法不断改善，不断提高技术能力 2. 协助部门经理对本部门的日常管理工作 3. 组织设计团队进行新产品开发和老产品改进，协调产品设计的进度及资源 4. 参与全球设计团队并协调全球设计团队与本地设计团队的沟通 5. 与工厂保持密切沟通，为生产制造和维修服务提供技术支持，负责协调处理产品的技术问题 6. 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求 7. 执行公司的安全环保健康管理规定；对本岗位的环境因素和危险源进行辨识及整改，熟记公司的重大风险和重要环境因素；有效实施公司的安全环保健康管理目标和管理方案 8. 搞好与各相关部门的沟通与合作 9. 完成上级临时分配的任务我们期望的是： 1.学历：制冷空调及相关专业本科及以上学历 2.工作经验：10年以上大型风冷螺杆机组或是离心机组的设计经验空调制冷产品开发经验 3.能力和技能：熟悉相关产品技术知识；拥有丰富的压力容器、制冷系统和传热设计及产品试验等方面的专业知识；丰富的项目管理经验和发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力；良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神 4.其他：良好的英文听说写能力 Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
