工作描述: 负责HVAC用高速永磁电机驱动的控制算法和软件设计、开发和调试优化等工作,以及生产和测试过程中的技术支持和重大售后问题的分析解决。 你需要做的是: 1.跟踪高速永磁电机驱动控制领域的最新技术动态,负责核心算法和控制系统架构的创新研发; 2.负责高速永磁电机驱动控制系统的算法仿真、包括主动控制、转子位置调节、自平衡系统、断电保护等核心算法实现; 3.负责软件架构的设计、编码、调试及测试,编制相应的技术文档; 4.支持工厂生产和测试过程中的技术问题,售后问题的分析和解决; 5.支持测试团队的验证方案、测试系统搭建和变更点管理; 6.不断总结和优化相关的设计标准; 7.优化嵌入式软件设计流程,标准化设计文件体系; 8.遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程,遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求; 9.执行公司的安全卫生环保管理制度。对功能块的危险源和环境因素进行辨识、评价和更新,并负责监督目标和管理方案的有效实施; 我们期望的是: 1.学历: 电气/电子工程、自动化、控制工程、机电一体化、动力工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历; 2.工作经验: 5年以上嵌入式控制器/驱动器/伺服系统/高速旋转机械设备控制系统软件开发经验,有磁悬浮空压机,压缩机电机及轴承控制经验者优先; 3.能力和技能: 精通C嵌入式编程,熟悉主流DSP/ARM/FPGA平台(如TI、ST等)。 精通Simulink/MATLAB等仿真工具,具备控制算法建模与仿真能力,熟悉MBD。 精通高速永磁电机实时控制算法:PID、LQR、H_\infty控制、状态空间模型等。 精通主动支撑系统原理、主动控制算法、转子位置检测与调节、断电保护等系统架构。 熟悉传感器信号处理、PWM驱动、故障诊断与保护机制开发。 熟悉高速永磁电机电磁设计和转子动力学等相关领域。 熟悉相应的测量仪器、仪表、设备的使用; 优秀的专业知识表达,分析和解决问题的能力; 良好的沟通能力、服务意识和团队合作精神; 英语读写水平熟练,能阅读相关英文资料与图纸。口语熟练者优先; Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
