职责描述： 1.负责按项目计划书、技术规范和客户要求设计开发产品，制定前期工艺规范。 2.负责电机样机制作和测试。 3.负责电机及产品的测试方案和性能评估。 4.负责跟进新产品量产前期的进度，处理生产过程中电机零件及与电机相关的技术问题。 5.负责电机工艺技术改进、改良工作，降低制造成本。 6.负责协助销售部门与客户沟通产品的相关信息及设计变更。任职要求： 1.电机、机械、机电一体化等相关专业本科以上学历，有机器人关节电机设计和制造经验优先 2.熟悉电机工作原理，能独立进行电机结构或电磁设计。 3.熟练运用AutoCAD、Solidworks等绘图软件及Office办公软件。 4.能读懂英文说明书及认证测试资料。 5.熟悉电机生产工艺，能协助解决生产中遇到的技术问题。 Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems. Responsibilities

The engineer is responsible for designing and developing robotic joint motors, including prototype creation, performance testing, and process optimization. They will also manage the transition of new products to mass production and provide technical support to resolve manufacturing issues.
