About the iNEXUS Program: iNEXUS is an employer-led workforce initiative designed to equip individuals for future-ready careers in high-growth fields. Compensation: $15.00 + shift premiums (where applicable) Training Costs: 100% employer-funded for approved programs iNEXUS Trainee Expectations: Participate fully in employer-sponsored training programs and coursework. Demonstrate progress toward certification requirements. Maintain strong attendance, punctuality, and performance in both work and training. Upon completion, transition into a skilled trades role with Butterball or a partnering employer Requirements Requirements: Valid Drivers License High School Diploma or GED required. Strong interest in Electrical, Plumbing, or Maintenance careers. Commitment to learning, developing new skills, and growing. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliability, accountability, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
