AIG Norway is currently looking for a Graduate to join our Distribution team and to be part of our Global Graduate Program. The program will bring you valuable experience of the company and our insurance solutions. The position will be based at our office in Oslo and report into our Branch Manager for Norway.
Distribution (Sales & Marketing)
Distribution’s main role is to build strong relationships with Insurance Brokers, Clients and Partners and to target and develop opportunities to support our Underwriting teams succeeding with profitable growth within AIG’s risk appetite. We work closely with our Nordic distribution teams as well as our regional underwriting team in driving and managing the business domestically.
Product offering
AIG Nordics provide a wide range of insurance solutions catered to meet large and complex risks with a multinational footstep. We offer a wide range of commercial insurance product, such as Cargo insurance (transport), Kidnap and Ransom, Commercial Property, Cyber, Expatriate and more. Our key target clients are multinational enterprises with complex insurance needs, but our clients range from large multinational to medium size businesses.

Selection of Key Responsibilities
Together with Branch Manager and Client Executive build AIG Norway’s pipeline of opportunities.
Build strong relations with insurance brokers, clients and partners.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Underwriting, Claims and Business Support to support smooth collaboration with external stakeholders and optimize processes.
Support internal reporting and business intelligence.
What you’ll need to succeed

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, economics, law, engineering or similar
Interest in working in a global environment.
Proactive and self-driven nature
Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Norwegian and English
