Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Costa Vida, Pasco, WA
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour + tips (Tips typically add $2 to $3 per hour on average)

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Handle cash and manage transactions
• Prepare food to Costa Vida’s high standards
• Lead and support team members
• Oversee store operations and ensure smooth closing procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, customer-oriented individuals
• Preference for applicants with open availability Monday through Saturday
• Leadership experience is a plus but not required
