About the Opportunities: Leading a team delivering day‑to‑day water, wastewater, and stormwater operations Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Managing budgets, resourcing, reporting, and client communication Strengthening relationships with QLDC and key stakeholders Supporting long‑term planning, maintenance scheduling, and improvement projects Championing a strong safety and wellbeing culture Operating and maintaining network assets Responding to call‑outs and fault repairs Supporting routine maintenance and inspections Working within established safety and quality standards Being part of a supportive, skilled operations team What You’ll Bring: Experience in civil, construction or water operations.
