About the Role
We’re looking for a casual lawn mowing and yard maintenance team member to join our crew. This is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values physical work, and takes pride in keeping properties looking sharp.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Lawn mowing (push mower and zero turns)
• Whipper snipping and edging
• Hedging
• Pressure cleaning
• General yard tidy-ups
• Occasional light landscaping or garden maintenance

Hours & Location

• Monday to Friday only – no weekends!
• Based in Maitland with jobs across surrounding suburbs
• Casual role with consistent hours for the right person

Who We’re Looking For
You’re reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions. Experience is great—but if you’re keen to learn, we’ll provide full training.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have a Driver’s Licence and your own reliable car
• Can back a trailer (or are open to learning)
• Have a Police Check (or are happy to obtain one)
• Have a Working With Children Check (WWCC) or are eligible to apply
• Take pride in your work and like keeping things neat and tidy

The Application Process
We keep things relaxed. Interviews are held over a casual coffee in Maitland (High Street). If it’s a good fit, you’ll do a paid trial shift with one of our experienced team members.
