• Build Positive Relationships : Foster trust and confidence with students to boost self-esteem and positive behavior.
• Track Progress : Monitor emotional, social, and academic growth, reporting back to teachers and parents.
• Promote Social Skills : Help students navigate social interactions, teamwork, and communication.
• Conflict Resolution : Guide students through resolving conflicts constructively.
• Support Transitions : Help students adjust to changes, reducing anxiety during transitions.
• Collaborate with a Team : Work alongside teachers, counselors, and other professionals to create individualised support plans.
• Encourage Self-Regulation : Empower students with strategies to manage emotions and behavior independently.
• Promote Mental Health : Encourage mindfulness and resilience through positive mental health practices.
