• Can confidently manage the chiropractic side of the practice while Dr. Lancaster leads the way on metabolic, nutrition, and neuropathy cases.
• Wants a long-term home—not a pit stop.

YOUR ROLE

This is a full-scope associate role focused on patient care, documentation, and collaboration. You’ll take over much of the day-to-day chiropractic operations, giving Dr. Lancaster more time to expand his specialty services.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Delivering excellent, protocol-based care (especially upper cervical)
• Performing exams and re-evals
• Rocking SOAP notes and EHR with clarity and efficiency
• Collaborating with the team and participating in trainings
• Educating patients and improving retention
• Helping build and nurture our Preferred Provider Network
• Participating in select marketing/community events
• Contributing to a culture of excellence, integrity, and fun
