In this position, you will help students strengthen critical speech and language skills that contribute to academic success, positive peer interactions, and growing self-assurance. You’ll partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to implement strategies that promote meaningful communication growth and help each student reach their individual potential. Position Summary: Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Track progress and adjust interventions to ensure continued growth. Design and implement therapy plans aligned with student needs and goals. Deliver individualized speech and language services in an elementary school setting. Maintain thorough and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines. Requirements ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of North Carolina.
