  • Strong customer support skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Passionate and confortable speaking on the phone in French and english to clients and leads.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Google sheet and other office software for daily tasks.
  • Excellent phone etiquette open for cold calls and following up on leads and opportunities.
  • Ability to perform clerical duties with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Administrative skills that contribute to efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including clerical tasks and data entry.
  • take care of day to day sales related paper work. ( releasing sales orders, scheduling deliveries, bills entry in QBO)
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk, ensuring all visitors feel valued.
  • Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email.
  • Utilize computerized systems to handle sales related paper work, manage customer data, and generate reports.
  • Ensure that all interactions reflect the company’s commitment to quality service.
