The Asia LEAD Program (Leadership, Experience, Advocacy, and Development) is a forward-thinking graduate development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders. Through business rotational assignments, social learning, and advocacy experiences, our program equips graduates with the skills needed to thrive in management roles that align with their career aspirations and our organizational goals. Position Responsibilities: Rotations: Engage in three six-month rotations across key business and specialist areas, starting with a welcome induction by the Talent Management Team. Learning and Development: Develop your leadership skills with a multifaceted program tailored to advance entry-level talent into future leadership roles, in line with Manulife’s vision and values. Performance Review: Receive regular feedback through performance reviews and individual presentations at the end of each rotation. Networking Opportunities: Build a strong internal network by joining the Colleague Network, aligning with company values, and contributing to meaningful projects. Mentor and Buddy Program: Benefit from a dedicated mentor and buddy to support your career journey and personal growth. Required Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable institution. Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Math, Actuarial or related courses. Engagement in social work and extracurricular activities is valued. Experience: Relevant internship or work experience within insurance or financial institutions is desirable. Less than two years of full-time work experience is required. \ Career Aspirations: A passion for developing a career in the corporate insurance sector, with a readiness to make a meaningful impact. Skills: Demonstrated creativity and innovation, along with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Language: Proficiency in Business English.
