  The role includes working in occupied homes and voids, focusing on wall and ceiling upgrades, maintenance, and general joinery repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• SVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent)
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full UK driving licence
• Asbestos Awareness training
• Health & Safety awareness
• Proven experience on construction sites and in domestic property repairs
