Glebe Construction Building Contractors LTD require a full time, time served Joiner to join our growing team in this fully employed position.
Based in Rotherham we serve the Yorkshire region and surrounding areas. We are a general construction firm and carry out works to many property types including old and listed buildings, we construct high end home extensions, disabled adaptations, bespoke new build properties and carry out refurbishment works to very high standards.
Experience in all aspect of joinery is essential, as is a sound understanding of the construction industry. You must be adaptable to many types of working environments, be able to read from plan, and be willing at times to assist other trades within the company.
Experience of 1st and 2nd fix joinery across the board, with attention to detail is paramount, you will be required to work as part of an experienced and professional team. Working to a very high standard is essential to meet our client’s expectations.
You will be motivated and it is essential that you are a team player, willing to work with others and on occasions alone.
· 1st fix work including erection of stud walls, installing joists, fitting door frames etc
· 2nd fix work including hanging of doors, fitting architrave, fitting skirting board and laying flooring, Installation of staircases kitchens etc
· Installation of traditional and trussed roofing members
· Occasionally plaster boarding of new areas

Pay: £32,000.00 per year
