Description

We are seeking 2 x skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to handle various tasks .
This role requires proficiency in using power tools and the capability to fabricate and assemble structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship. The Carpenter will be responsible for both interior and exterior projects, including roofing, doors, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods including joinery and masonry.
  • Ability to operate a variety of power tools safely and effectively.
  • Experience in assembling structures such as roofs is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for long periods during work hours.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
  • A valid driver’s licence may be required for travel between job sites.

  • Fabricate custom pieces as per project requirements while adhering to quality standards i.e. built in furniture.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Engage in painting tasks to finish surfaces as required by the project scope.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
