Pay: £180.00-£220.00 per day

• Able to work from 6.00am to 4.00pm
• Holds a valid and up-to-date CSCS card in trade with NVQ Level 2 or 3
• Holds a Full UK Driving License
• Required to have a personal set of professional tools
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction or maintenance company
• Portfolio of previous work or references
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
