JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic social housing team as a subcontractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and carpentry, with the ability to fabricate and install various wooden structures. As a Joiner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in using power tools relevant to joinery and carpentry.
  • Strong understanding of roofing techniques and materials.
  • Ability to plumb structures accurately for proper alignment.
  • Experience in masonry work is advantageous.
  • Basic electrical knowledge is a plus for integrated projects.
  • Competence in painting and finishing techniques to enhance final products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
