Operate a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools (e.g., table saws, planers, routers, sanders) safely and proficiently.
Apply finishes, such as staining, varnishing, or painting, to a high standard.
Ensure all work is completed to a exceptional quality, is structurally sound, and meets all safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional manner and ensuring client satisfaction upon project completion.
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Joiner, Cabinet Maker, or Furniture Maker.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both made-to-measure furniture and flat-pack assembly.
Proficiency in using woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
In-depth knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and material properties.
Ability to take precise measurements and work with a high degree of accuracy.

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Commitment to health and safety procedures.
