JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly experienced Joinery Draftsman to join our team specializing in residential and building projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of joinery detailing and production techniques, with substantial experience working in the UAE.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of UAE experience in joinery draftin
• Extensive knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant software.
• Strong technical drawing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• PORTFOLIO should be attached.

Experience:

• Drafting: 5 years (Required)

• Create detailed and accurate joinery shop drawings based on project specifications and design intent.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure all drawings meet client requirements and comply with relevant codes and standards.
• Develop cutting lists and material take-offs for production, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure that all designs are feasible and can be executed within the given timeline and budget.
• Review project specifications and modify drawings based on site conditions or client requests.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of drawings.
• Attend project meetings, site visits, and provide technical support during the project lifecycle.
