JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise and manage all joinery works in the workshop and on-site. The role requires good leadership, technical knowledge of carpentry/joinery, and the ability to deliver projects on time with quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery/fit-out works.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of joinery production, assembly, and installation.
• Ability to read drawings and lead a team effectively.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Monitor quality, finishing, and safety on-site and in the workshop.

• Prepare simple daily or weekly progress reports.
