JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of supply chain management, mechanical systems, and business processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven backround in joinery production or doorset manufacturing
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of 5 axis CNC and other woodworking machinery with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Understanding of reading CAD drawings and transposing into CNC programming.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement quality control measures and continuous improvement practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • AutoCAD experience preferred but not essential

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily production activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality control standards.
  • Oversee the assembly process and ensure that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage the QA process and make sure reports are being carried out.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machines & workshop general safety.
  • Train, mentor, and develop production staff to foster a culture of teamwork.
  • Work together with Construction Director to achieve delivery dates.
