With a commitment to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction, we are looking for an experienced and driven Joinery Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and contribute to our continued growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the joinery or interior fit-out industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close complex deals.
• Strong client network in the UAE/GCC is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand joinery drawings and technical documentation.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

• Develop and execute sales strategies focused on the joinery and interior fit-out sectors.
• Generate new business leads and secure high-value projects across the UAE and GCC.
• Cultivate relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, and end clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, technical presentations, and quotations in line with project requirements.
• Work closely with estimation, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery.
• Track market developments, client needs, and competitor activity to adapt and enhance sales approaches.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand and expand client base.
