JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Site Supervisor to oversee joinery projects and ensure high-quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will manage on-site activities, coordinate with teams, and maintain safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in joinery and site supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driving license (essential).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage joinery projects on-site from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress and materials.
